Brief description: IE acts as subcontractor to NEWJEC. Inc (Japan) in an APEC funded project to develop a feasibility study on the Low-carbon city MModel in Da Nang . The objective of IE’s subcontract is to collect the basic data and analyse the consideration of policies and emission reduction of CO2 in National Level, which conduces to survey of some measures challenging CO2 emission reduction in the APEC Low Carbon Model Town (LCMT) Project Phase 3; and survey on the low-carbon development strategies and related policies of the Vietnamese government and to clarify the relation between these policies of the central government and those of Da Nang City.
