On 25 October 2012, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 6310/QD-BCT approving the “Power Development Plan of Quang Ngai Province for period 2011-2015, with Outlook to 2020” prepared by the Institute of Energy.
The objective of this Plan is to develop the power transmission and distribution network in compliance with the provincial socio-economic development orientation and of each locality in the province, ensuring the increasing quality and reliability of power supply; buid and improve the provincial power system to increase the stability and reliability of power supply, minimize power loss, ensure electricity saving and efficiency.
