On 10 December 2012, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 7534/QD-BCT on approving the “Power Development Plan of Phu Yen Province for Period 2011 – 2015, with Outlook to 2020”, prepared by the Institute of Energy.
The objective of this Plan is to develop the power network in compliance with the socio-economic development orientation of the region and of each locality in the region; synchronize the development of power network with the commissioning schedule of power plants to achieve the overall investment effectiveness of the power network; ensure the compliance with the power sector development plan, power development plan and other plans of the region and of each locality in the region; ensure the increasing quality and reliability of power supply
