On 25 October 2012, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Decision No. 6310/QD-BCT on approving the “Power Development Plan of Binh Dinh Province for Period 2011 – 2015, with Outlook to 2020” prepared by the Institute of Energy.
The objective of this Plan is to construct and improve the provincial power network to ensure safe and reliable power supply to the local loads, satisfying the socio-economic development demand of the province, ensuring electricity saving and efficiency.
