Brief description: ADB and EDF signed a consultancy services regarding the environmental and social assessment, specification of the 500 kV double circuits line and the network studies for the line Ban Sok Pleiku, which will interconnect the Lao and Vietnam power system. The interconnected system should be studied at the time expected for the interconnection until 2025. EDF subcontracted to IE for system modelling, static simulation, dynamic simulation and wheeling charge calculation
